I & A Automotive Technician and Leadership Academy is open to individuals seeking a career in automotive.
Students must complete an application and interview. Interviews will begin Summer 2021 for the 2021-2022 school year.
To qualify for IAATLA’s programming prospective students should be sober, prompt, and be ready to work toward a rewarding career in automotive. Ultimately, we want you in the program!
The programming begins August 2021 and prospective students will have a daily time committment. Students will also be provided a stipend and tools.
Students at IAATLA will have the option of several different career tracks. A few include:
Automotive Technician
Automotive Repair Shop Manager
Automotive Repair Shop Owner
There are core courses that are specific to each track.

I & A Automotive Technicians and Leadership Academy (IAATLA) is a not-for-profit 501-c3 advanced Automotive Trades and Leadership Academy. This Social Organization provides automotive technical training to underserved, underemployed, felons re-entering the community, high school graduates and the like.
*ASE paired with experience will yeild a reawarding career.
